- Numerous sales awards including the sale of the Radar antenna low observable system for the F-22.
- Bob has booked several multi-million dollar awards for sub-system components in various phased array radars.
- Completed a $2.5 million sale of high power cable assemblies and antennas for the ROTHR program.
- Strong successes initiating and taking to production of several large requirements for RF/microwave amplifier assemblies and multi-function assemblies.
- Multiple successes for antenna test systems including both near and far field measurements. Systems often involved full turnkey including manufacture of anechoic chamber.
- Sales of Radar time delay MFA's, nearfield spherical antenna systems, multiplexers, low noise GaAS ampufiers, microwave absorber, low phase noise synthesizers

Bob enjoys spending time with his three grown daughters and five grand daughters. Hobbies include golf, dancing get-away weekends, camping and working in his shop. Active in church activities, especially the yearly church fair.
